Frosted Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients:

- 1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
Frosting:

- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
- Beat pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Combine biscuit mix and cinnamon; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in raisins.
- Pour into a greased 15X10 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread over bars. Store in the refrigerator.
